I started Apex Hearo Construction because too many homeowners were getting burned by contractors who took a deposit and disappeared. We do every remodel under our own license, with our own crew, on a straightforward contract, because that's the only way I'd want my own home built. I personally walk every project before we quote it, and my direct line is on every job we take on.
